Lima’s GD-Models achieve a higher quality output than the S-Models, without a significant loss in yield. Available in various capacities to suit production on any scale.
Once separated, the raw material passes through either a 0.7 or 1.0 x 20mm slotted filter for a structured meat product. The adjusting rod in these machines include a pressure spring, so pressure and therefore yield can be adapted to your production needs.
