Dorit’s robust electro-pneumatical presses improve the maturing process of cooked and dry cured meat products such as gammons, hams and bacon through three-dimensional pressing and airless stuffing into nets, bags or casings.
The presses are manufactured in stainless steel, are built to last, and are designed with ease of operation in mind; pressing and filling processes are initiated simply by shutting the safety hood of the loaded chamber.
Moulding and netting components can be exchanged quickly and without need for tools.
